Orion2 Visual-Flow is a electromagnetic flow quantity measuring device which doesn’t contain any adjustable parts. Because of that he works absolutely wear-free. It is very sensitive in measuring the mediums concentration and viscosity. This flow quantitie measuring device doesn´t need any preventive maintenance and it is measuring with precision of +/- 1%. This device can be used for the output or filling of liquids and you have the possibility of programming the needed filling quantity. The current supply goes through a 12 volt battery with a max. consumption of 300 mA. Pulse output 0-12 Vdc. The DFM gives you a signal when the desired filling quantity gets reached. You can reset the counter and the device is for a pressure range up to 40 bar. Device parts which get in touch with liquids are made of polypropylen. Please note the flow direction of the meter when installed in the control unit !
