SPRAYDOS
The monitoring and control system for crop protection equipment.
The on-board computer SPRAYDOS is a new development based on the thousandfold proven on-board computer SPRAY-Control and is JKI approved.
The SPRAYDOS contains:
- up to 9 boom section controls with main switch
- manual or automatic control of the application rate
- max. 4 hydraulic functions (please note, if motorized or hydraulic slope compensation is selected, 3 hydraulic functions remain)
- The current speed and the current application rate are displayed at the same time.
If an electronic pressure sensor is installed, the pressure is displayed instead of the speed. The speed appears on the display by pressing the km/h key for approx. 5 sec. An application adapted to the demand is achieved by pressing the +/- 10% keys. The preset setpoint is reset after pressing the l/ha key.
The application rate is maintained exactly even at different speeds. The tedious adjustment of the equal pressure valve when changing nozzles is no longer necessary. Additional hydraulic functions can be implemented in the customized version. If you order the version for a sprayer, you have the additional possibility to switch left and right.
Attention ! For the fully automatic control of a field sprayer or a spraying device, an electrical control unit is required.
