Lechler ContiCleaner for continuous interior cleaning especially for smaller working spaces
Rotary cleaner with flat jet nozzles and slide bearing made of the material PVDF / PTFE offers a spray angle of 360°. According to the principle of operation, the nozzle safely turns on at low pressure. Installation is via G ½" ISO 228 female thread and can be put into operation in any mounting position. The optimum operating pressure is 2 bar and is possible up to a maximum of 5 bar. Pre-filtering through a 50-mesh line filter ensures permanently trouble-free operation.

Calculation example for the selection of the ContiCleaner nozzle size:
With a rod length of 21 m and 42 nozzles in the size 03 blue results in an application rate of 126 liters. 60% to 90% of the nozzle output should be covered by the continuous internal cleaning. This results in the selection of the nozzle size 60 x 2 pieces = 120 liters.
