TeeJet nozzle filter with ball valve 4193A | 4193B in PP
This nozzle filter from the manufacturer TeeJet is very adapted for systems without a dripping stop in a Lechler, TeeJet or Arag nozzle holder. The filter has a integrated feather burdened ball, which stops the flow when the pressure drops below a certain level.
This variation is built of Polypropylene, the mesh screen material is stainless steel, the ball is made of Viton.
This application has a opening pressure from 0,64 bar. Optional available 0,7bar, 1,4 bar and 2,8 bar opening pressure. In the pressure range of 1,4 bar and 2,8 bar the mesh width 80 is not available, please consider at your choice. The flow from the TeeJet nozzle filter is max 3 l/min.
With this mesh width you will have a great choice of filters, so you can calibrate them perfectly with your desired nozzle size. With a nozzle size of 015 you can take a mesh with mesh width 100 or even 200 for optimal results. With a nozzle size of 0,2 up to 0,5 are 50 meshes optimal. For larger nozzles as the Lechler 06 are 24 meshes enough. This filter type can´t be combined with the following filter types: TeeJet-Al, TeeJet-DG.
