Aluminum box Type D with stacking corners
These transport boxes series of 1 mm thick aluminum sheet are specially designed for permanent use in the commercial sector. The container volume starts with 29 liters and extends to 415 liters (see also overview in the table). For safe stacking the boxes to save space so-called robust stacker corners are fitted at all four corners. The corners prevent slipping of the aluminum container on the stack.

Features:

extremely stable – additional gain of 1 mm thick aluminum sheet by the use of large-sized aluminum profiles

Material thickness – from 1.0 mm thick aluminum:-
at D 400 bottom and lid of 1.2 mm thick aluminum, carcass 1 mm

light, yet stable and resistant to deformation – by circumferential beads and embossed corner stiffeners

Bottom and cover reinforced with additional aluminum profiles – only for types D 163, D 400, D 415
-
with robust stacking corners – boxes of D-series are equipped with 4 robust stacking corners made of nylon / polyester equipped and resist a temperature range of -40° C to + 180° C
-
with safety folding handles – self-folding-and heavy-duty, with hand-sympathetic plastic sheathing, PAK-tested
-
with lever-release closure – stable closures with holes for padlock or lead seal, as well as preparation for the installation of cylinder locks
-
with retaining straps – two retaining straps prevent the hinges tearing
-
with rubber seal – all boxes splash protected by rubber gaskets
-
Boxes are corrosion, weather and temperature resistant – the high quality aluminum casing protects the contents from moisture, heat and cold-effects
